bk32 Terms and Conditions of Use

• Each individual may create only one account. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• The name, phone number, and payment method provided at registration must all belong to the same person.

• Multiple accounts cannot be operated from the same household, device, or IP address.

For verification, bk32 may request a national ID card, passport, or other government-approved identity document. Failure to provide information in a timely manner may result in the account being temporarily suspended.

At registration, you declare that you are 21 years of age or older. bk32 may conduct an age verification process at any time. If age verification fails, the account will be immediately closed and all transactions will be cancelled.

5.2 Withdrawal Terms

• Each user may receive the welcome bonus only once.

6.2 General Bonus Terms

• Withdrawals cannot be made until the required wagering for earning the bonus has been completed.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time — an existing bonus must be used or cancelled before taking a new one.
• bk32 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus at any time.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the bonus on the relevant account will be forfeited.
• Using bonuses as a group or in a coordinated manner will be considered abuse.

• The outcome of all games is determined by a certified random number generator (RNG) — fair play is guaranteed.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical fault, bk32 may void that round and the stake will be refunded.
• Once a bet is confirmed in sports betting, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If there is a dispute over the outcome of any game, the support team must be contacted within 72 hours.

• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Abusing bonuses or promotions through multiple accounts.
• Attempting to harass, defraud, or harm other users.
• Using a third party's credit card or payment method.

bk32 reserves the right to report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities if it deems it necessary.

bk32 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• In cases of breach of terms and conditions.
• When fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
• When a user fails to cooperate with the verification process.
• When an account has been inactive for an extended period.
• When the user themselves requests account closure.

9.1 Account Closure by the User

If you wish to voluntarily close your bk32 account, please submit a request via live chat or at [email protected]. Make sure to withdraw any remaining balance before closure. If you choose self-exclusion for responsible gaming reasons, it will be irreversible for the specified period.

9.2 Inactive Accounts
